We are looking for a sales leader who is intense, hungry, and driven. Responsible for consistently over-achieving sales quotas, as well as these key points:
Deal-maker: Drive $100k to $1M+ deals in a highly competitive environment. Will be asked to uncover and develop multiple sales opportunities in a variety of companies and industries demonstrating quantifiable value propositions for Virtutech solutions. Will be required to drive territory development, as opposed to responding to customer requests. Create anxiety to drive new or expand current opportunities.
Sales Team Leader: Assemble and lead sales team by demonstrating exceptional knowledge of the prospect’s business requirements and associated motivational pain. Demonstrate the ability to translate this knowledge into identifying the appropriate Virtutech solution. Manage internal resources for product deliveries, request for proposals, and developing detailed lists of business requirements. Lead by demonstrating passion and vision for making customers wildly successful as well as knowledgeable of competitive landscape and how to differentiate Virtutech.
Account Manager: Effectively manage installed accounts including establishing relationships at all levels, understanding current applications and systems, and identifying current and future opportunities. In addition, able to profile and penetrate assigned strategic accounts, coordinating internal resources and effectively establishing and implementing strategic sales plans.
